Mental Health & Wellbeing

In the UK alone, one in four people will experience a mental health problem each year. 25% of GP consultations have a significant mental health component.

As Christians, we can make a big difference to the care of people with mental illness. This is true whether we are working in psychiatry, in general healthcare or within our churches and communities.

The Whole Person Health Network aims to provide you with the tools and support you need to provide support for those with mental health needs.

Jonah 2:5-7
The waters closed in over me to take my life; the deep surrounded me; weeds were wrapped about my head at the roots of the mountains. I went down to the land whose bars closed upon me forever; yet you brought up my life from the pit, O Lord my God. When my life was fainting away, I remembered the Lord, and my prayer came to you, into your holy temple.
